Rock Solid Trekking/Hunting Poles

Really liking these Peak Backcountry ELITE Poles. Love the fact that the lower portion is aluminum and not carbon where I have had catastrophic failures in the past with all carbon. Scree fields have not been kind to some of the all carbon poles I have owned from other companies in the past. Also the poles themselves are rock
solid and will not slide or let loose once you get the correct amount of force on the tension latches set-up. Very pleased with my purchase. I personally prefer the feel of cork handles over rubber/plastic. PEAX makes quality kit!

The Best Trekking Poles!

My second pair. Unlucky wedge between some rocks and slip took out one of my first pair. Didn’t hesitate to order more right away. Now I have a spare. The cork grips are great. The snap locks are bomber and easily adjustable. The weight is right. You can’t go wrong with these poles.
